Application is open to all former students of Point Hill Primary School and any person supporting the Association's mission. Membership is granted upon receipt of a completed application, payment of dues, and a majority vote of the Board.

Members in good standing — dues paid and abiding by the code of conduct — may vote, hold office, and participate in meetings.
